    		Mediastats is very excited to announce the launch of our new version of the Canadian Extended Basic Tier Report; part of our new On-line Report on Canadian Pay TV and Specialty Channel Services.  Developed over the course of this spring and summer, this system brings a world of new features and functionality our long-running printed report.

    This report summarizes Specialty Channel tier carriage in Canada.  Signals covered include all specialty channels offered in Canada, regardless of their origin.  Each tier is isolated by cable system, and the report shows the services offered on each tier, the subscriber totals, rates and package penetrations.
