Mediastats Inc. and MediaLAB are committed to a number of policies which we believe are key to our continued success and extraordinary rate of growth and product
development.
We believe that our product is our people, and that our associates personal sense of success is fundamental to our successful corporate evolution.
As such, some of our corporate philosophies and polices are as follows:
- All associate suggestions are solicited and considered prior to any product changes/enhancements.
- Associate personal lives are factored into the work schedule, so that accommodations can be made for people with specific time-based needs, such as picking up/dropping off
children, etc.
- Flexibility is allowed and encouraged with respect to working from home and/or the office.
- Mediastats is committed to including physically challenged people in our work force.
- Mediastats is committed to promoting the advancement/development of people within the existing work group, and goes "outside" the organization for new people only when no
existing employee is able to move into a new position.
- Mediastats is proud of its multicultural work force, where many religions, races and sexual orientations are represented.
- Mediastats also supports multilingualism. As such, language classes are a part of the business day, and both French and Spanish lessons are provided to interested staff.
