Mediastats Inc. is proud to announce the March 10, 2003 launch of our second annual On-line Guide to International Cable, Wireless Cable and Satellite Services. In addition to our traditional, comprehensive Canadian data, subscribers can now access international data, a global satellite section, and worldwide demographic statistics.  The Guide covers industry-relevant information such as channels offered, rates and subscribers, and contact information.  Also included are summary sections on Canada’s MSOs, specialty channels, cable associations, satellite service distributors and government departments that oversee cable issues.

This on-line version of our long-established Cable Guide+ provides our customers with super value.  All cable data is updated 3 times a year and we continuously update the contact information, satellite data and international demographics. 

For added value, we are including the First Annual Mediastats® Telecom Report, (listed separately at $200 CAD) as part of our On-line Guide.  This report offers a wealth of features such as: 1) A Summary of the percentage of hours of programming offered by genre (movies, sports and sitcoms) of select Canadian and USA channels, 2) The number of cable operators offering Internet and/or Home Security, including subs, by class, Canada and Provinces and 3) Graphs featuring new Specialty channels by theme and subscribers.  Key simulcast summary information is also included in this report.
